These Terms govern use of armicareagents.com and its information about ArmiCare Insurance LLC, independent-agent opportunities, agency and publisher partnerships, qualified-call operations, technology, and support. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Website purpose

This website provides general information and application pathways. Information may change and does not create a binding offer, insurance contract, employment relationship, agency appointment, publisher authorization, traffic allocation, or partnership.

Agent and agency opportunities

ArmiCare agent opportunities are generally independent-contractor opportunities, not salaried or hourly employment, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Agent and agency relationships remain subject to written agreements, licensing, background review, carrier approval, training, compliance, production standards, supported states, and business requirements.

Publisher marketplace and qualified-call network

ArmiCare may operate a controlled business network connecting approved publishers, marketing partners, qualified-call providers, agency partners, and licensed agents. The network is not an open exchange for consumer data. Registration, application, portal access, or website content does not authorize a publisher to use ArmiCare branding, advertise on ArmiCare's behalf, collect data for ArmiCare, or deliver calls or leads.

Publisher activity requires current written agreements and campaign-specific approval. Applicable master agreements, statements of work, insertion orders, campaign orders, and written specifications control over conflicting general website language.

Compliance responsibilities

Each agent, agency, publisher, telemarketer, service provider, and other participant is responsible for the laws and contractual requirements applicable to its own activities. These may include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, FCC rules, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, Federal Trade Commission requirements, National and state Do Not Call rules, state calling and texting laws, call-recording laws, privacy laws, insurance licensing requirements, carrier rules, and advertising standards.

Prohibited activity includes false or misleading advertising, caller-ID spoofing, unauthorized artificial or prerecorded voice or text campaigns, undisclosed or unapproved affiliates, fabricated consent, interference with opt-outs, unauthorized data resale, and representing an outbound callback as a consumer-initiated inbound call. No income, call-volume, or result guarantee

Nothing on this website guarantees leads, calls, traffic acceptance, billable events, applications, policy issuance, carrier approval, commission, override, income, advancement, persistency, payment, or any other business result. Results depend on many factors, including activity, experience, source quality, consumer decisions, licensing, market conditions, campaign capacity, product availability, compliance, policy status, and written contractual terms.

Insurance information

Website descriptions are general and do not constitute insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Product, carrier, underwriting, premium, benefit, commission, state, and appointment availability vary and are governed by applicable carrier materials, policy forms, licenses, and contracts. Only appropriately licensed and authorized professionals may solicit, recommend, or sell insurance.

Applications, inquiries, and communications

You agree that information you submit is accurate, current, and yours to provide. Submitting an inquiry allows ArmiCare to respond about the selected opportunity or requested subject. Automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, AI-generated voice, or marketing text communications are subject to any additional consent required by law. Consent to automated marketing is not a condition of applying, contracting, partnering, or purchasing.

Portal and account security

If you receive access to an ArmiCare portal, you are responsible for protecting your credentials, using access only for authorized business purposes, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to view another publisher's, agent's, applicant's, policyholder's, or business partner's restricted information.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or its systems to:

• Violate law, another person's rights, a carrier requirement, or an ArmiCare agreement.
• Submit false, misleading, malicious, automated, or unauthorized information.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
• Copy consumer, applicant, partner, or portal information for an unauthorized purpose.
• Use ArmiCare names, content, telephone numbers, tracking infrastructure, or branding to imply an unauthorized relationship.

Technology information

NeoStruX AI and other capabilities may be introduced progressively. Descriptions may include current, planned, pilot, or limited-rollout features and do not guarantee availability, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or access for every user or role. Human review remains required for licensed, legal, compliance, underwriting, and consequential business decisions.

Intellectual property and third-party services

ArmiCare names, branding, website content, and related materials may not be copied, republished, or used to imply affiliation without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Links or integrations may be governed by third-party terms and privacy policies; their inclusion does not create a warranty or endorsement.

Suspension and changes

ArmiCare may restrict or suspend website or portal access, reject submissions, or protect its systems when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, misuse prevention, contractual enforcement, or service integrity. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ArmiCare disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website content, unauthorized third-party conduct, external services, or business results not expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contact

Separate signed agreements govern the relevant commercial relationship. A website update does not retroactively alter those agreements or expand communication consent.
