Compensation and contracting

Clear structure.
Independent opportunity.

ArmiCare's agent model combines independent contracting, direct carrier relationships, qualified-call opportunities, and an operating system built to help agents grow responsibly.

How the model works

Understand the business relationship
before you begin.

Contract terms, commission schedules, advances, renewals, chargebacks, vesting, carrier appointments, lead programs, and available support can differ. Agent HQ reviews the applicable structure clearly during the qualification and onboarding process.

01

Independent 1099 opportunity

ArmiCare agents operate as independent contractors, subject to the applicable agreement, licensing, carrier appointment, and business requirements.

02

Direct carrier pay

Where available under the applicable contract, carriers pay appointed agents directly according to carrier commission schedules and advance rules.

03

Street-level contracting

The model is designed around agent ownership of the producer relationship rather than an employee or traditional captive-sales arrangement.

04

Growth-based review

Experience, production quality, placement, persistency, leadership responsibility, and carrier requirements may influence available contract levels.

Agent progression

A framework for development, not an income promise.

ArmiCare evaluates the complete producer relationship: readiness, sales quality, compliance, case placement, client expectations, persistency, and contribution to the team.

  1. StartingBuild the foundation

Complete contracting, carrier preparation, technology setup, product readiness, and supervised launch expectations.

  2. GrowthDemonstrate consistency

Develop production quality, effective call handling, accurate applications, placement discipline, and dependable follow-up.

  3. EliteExpand responsibility

Strong producers and builders may discuss higher contract opportunities, mentorship, team development, or leadership pathways.

Important compensation disclosure

ArmiCare does not guarantee leads, call volume, applications, policy issuance, commissions, income, advancement, or business results. Compensation depends on the applicable agent and carrier agreements, product, state, policy status, premium payment, persistency, chargebacks, and other requirements. Agents are responsible for their own licensing, taxes, expenses, and compliance obligations unless a written agreement states otherwise.
