Calls, Texts & Email

Requested contact and separate consent

When you ask to be contacted, ArmiCare may respond about the subject you selected. A telephone number, application, Meta form, or incoming call is not unlimited permission for unrelated sellers, campaigns, or communication technologies. Automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voice (including AI-generated voice), and marketing texts require the consent applicable to the actual communication.

Where separate express written consent is required, the specific enrollment disclosure must identify the relevant caller or seller, purpose, telephone number, communication methods, and affirmative consent action. Consent to automated marketing is not a condition of purchasing, submitting an application, or entering a partnership. This page is not a substitute for that enrollment process.

Text-message program terms

If you separately enroll in an ArmiCare text program, its messages may concern the selected inquiry, appointment, recruiting process, agent support, or disclosed marketing subject. Message frequency varies with the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider can explain your plan charges. Delivery is not guaranteed and can depend on your provider, device, and network.

Use a number you are authorized to provide and notify us if it changes. Reply STOP to stop the applicable ArmiCare marketing texts. Reply HELP for program assistance where supported, or contact us directly using the details below. A permitted nonmarketing confirmation may follow an opt-out. We do not transfer your texting consent to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Revocation and Do Not Call requests

You may revoke consent or request no further marketing contact by a reasonable method, including telling an ArmiCare representative, replying to the message, emailing us, or calling us. You do not have to use a website account or a single exclusive method. Identify the number or address involved and whether you wish to stop one channel or all ArmiCare marketing. Requests must be honored within the period required by applicable law.

Partners must apply applicable company-specific and governmental Do Not Call restrictions, calling-hour limits, and suppression requirements. ArmiCare's public Call & Publisher Standards explain these expectations. A cookie preference is not a Do Not Call request.

Commercial email

Marketing email must identify the sender accurately, use nondeceptive subjects, include a valid postal address, and provide an effective opt-out. Use the message's unsubscribe method or contact us directly. Transactional, relationship, and legally required notices may be handled differently where permitted by law.

Recording and automated assistance

Calls may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy only with the notice and consent required for the participants and locations involved. A website notice does not replace an in-call recording disclosure where required. Automated assistance must not be represented as a licensed agent; insurance advice and consequential decisions require the appropriate authorized human professional.

Changes and assistance

Updates are identified by the effective date. A revised policy does not expand consent previously given. See Your Privacy Choices to contact us about an opt-out or privacy request.
