Call, Consent & Publisher Standards

These public standards describe ArmiCare's operating expectations. They do not certify any specific call or replace a publisher agreement, campaign order, carrier requirement, or applicable federal or state law. Written campaign terms may impose stricter requirements.

How opportunities may enter the network

The publisher marketplace

ArmiCare's publisher marketplace is a private business network for approved U.S. publishers, performance-marketing partners, call providers, and licensed-agent distribution. It is not an open consumer-data exchange, and applying through the publisher portal does not authorize live traffic. A current written agreement, campaign approval, source approval, qualification criteria, and routing instructions are required before delivery.

Publishers and qualification partners do not sell, recommend, or bind insurance unless the individual performing those activities is properly licensed and expressly authorized. Insurance recommendations and applications are handled by appropriately licensed agents.

Publisher and campaign controls

Consent and source evidence

Evidence must be sufficient to reconstruct the consumer journey. Depending on the campaign and communication method, ArmiCare may require the originating URL or placement, advertisement and form version, complete disclosure language, seller or caller identity, affirmative action, timestamp, submitted telephone number, campaign identifiers, IP address or equivalent technical evidence, call-detail records, tracking-number history, and relevant recordings or IVR records.

A telephone number by itself is not proof of consent. Consent must match the communication method, purpose, and parties relying on it. Publishers must not alter, manufacture, backdate, or reuse evidence outside the scope in which it was obtained.

Telephone, text, and AI-assisted communications

Call recording and quality review

Calls may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, or reviewed for routing, quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance when appropriate notice and any required consent have been provided. Recording and monitoring must follow the law applicable to the people and locations involved in the call.

Licensed-agent and consumer protections

Meta and social-platform inquiries

A Meta lead-form submission or similar social-platform action is treated as the inquiry shown by the applicable form and disclosure. It is not automatically treated as unlimited permission for every seller, channel, or future campaign. The platform may also process information under its own terms and privacy policy. ArmiCare's use after receipt is governed by the applicable ArmiCare privacy notice and the disclosure presented to the person.

Records, audits, and enforcement

ArmiCare and its partners must retain the campaign, consent, call, suppression, personnel, and service-provider records required by applicable law and written agreements. Where the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, covered telemarketing records are retained for at least five years. ArmiCare may request evidence, review calls and creatives, conduct quality checks, reject traffic, suspend routing, withhold disputed items as permitted by contract, or terminate a source that fails applicable requirements.

Your communication choices

To request that ArmiCare stop marketing calls, email info@armicareinsurance.com or call (772) 242-0190. Include the telephone number involved so the request can be applied accurately. Reply STOP to an ArmiCare marketing text to opt out of texts from that sender. A confirmation message may be sent where permitted.
