Marketing & Recruiting Standards

Truthful and supported claims

Advertisements, landing pages, social posts, scripts, recruiting materials, and agent communications must be accurate in their overall impression—not merely accompanied by a disclaimer. Keep support for objective statements and use current, authorized product and carrier information. Do not imply government affiliation, guaranteed approval, free benefits, guaranteed savings, or universal product availability when that is not accurate.

Recruiting and earnings

Clearly identify independent-contractor opportunities and distinguish them from employee positions. Do not describe commissions as salary or imply guaranteed earnings, no expenses, automatic success, or effortless income. Do not use commission checks, exceptional results, lifestyle imagery, or production figures to imply typical net earnings without appropriate substantiation and disclosure. Submitted premium, issued premium, revenue, commissions, and profit must not be used interchangeably.

Testimonials and endorsements

Use genuine, authorized testimonials. Disclose material relationships and incentives clearly. Do not purchase or fabricate reviews, use AI-generated people as supposed real customers, suppress reviews deceptively, or imply that an unusual result is representative. Obtain appropriate permission before displaying a person's image or personal story.

Sources, affiliates, and approvals

Publishers must disclose and obtain approval for applicable domains, ads, forms, scripts, phone numbers, affiliates, and material source changes before use. Approval to access a portal is not permission to launch traffic. ArmiCare branding and carrier materials may be used only within the specific authorization granted. Do not impersonate another business, a licensed agent, or a government office.

Consumer choice and information

Disclosures must be readable and available at the relevant decision point, including on mobile. Do not preselect required marketing consent, hide the identity or purpose of contact, manufacture consent evidence, coach false qualification answers, or obstruct an opt-out. An outbound callback must not be described as consumer-initiated inbound traffic.

Do not include consumer names, contact details, health information, application records, or call recordings in public marketing without appropriate authority and review. Do not place sensitive information into ad-platform tracking fields or URLs.

Review and concerns

Keep approved versions and supporting evidence as required by law and agreements. Pause disputed or unauthorized material when directed, cooperate with review, and correct misleading claims. Report concerns through Report a Concern. These standards do not transfer ArmiCare's own legal duties to another party.
