Zaheer is a performance marketing and AI leader with more than a decade of experience building data-led growth engines for U.S. markets. As Founder and Chairman, he sets ArmiCare's long-term direction and advances the company's strategy across insurance distribution, artificial intelligence, digital acquisition, and technology-enabled scale.
Company building, executive leadership, and scalable growth
As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Luke builds and leads ArmiCare. Previously, he co-founded Zeo Energy, where he held senior strategy roles and served on the board of directors. In 2024, Zeo began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ZEO. Luke now brings that experience to ArmiCare's disciplined growth and development.
Operations, organizational execution, and business growth
As Co-Founder and President, Aamir translates ArmiCare's strategy into disciplined execution across people, processes, performance, and the operating teams that support agent production. He helps turn the company's growth priorities into consistent day-to-day execution.
