Your Privacy Choices

Website settings and personal-information requests are different. Use the controls below for this browser, or contact ArmiCare to make a request about your records or communications.

Cookies and similar technology

• Essential: hosting, security and sign-in functions, plus the browser storage used to remember your privacy choice. Choosing essential only does not prevent an application or inquiry from being submitted.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics measures public marketing-page activity and interactions after you allow it. Its first-party cookies include _ga and _ga_*; this site configures their lifetime to 180 days. The preference itself is stored as armicare-privacy-v1 for up to 180 days.
• Advertising: this website's analytics configuration disables Google advertising personalization and Google signals. This preference control does not manage Meta's own website, advertisements, lead forms, or separate linked portals.

A detected Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal keeps optional analytics off, even if you previously allowed it. We also leave optional analytics off on this site's privacy/legal pages and staff or account routes. Conventional Do Not Track signals are not used as a separate preference mechanism; use these controls or GPC.

Changing to essential only stops this site's optional measurement and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. If analytics has already loaded, the page may reload to apply your choice. This does not remove information already collected by Google or information you previously submitted to ArmiCare. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require a new choice. Without JavaScript, optional analytics does not load.

Access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information

Email info@armicareinsurance.com, call (772) 242-0190, or write to the address below. Tell us your request, the state where you live, how you interacted with ArmiCare, and the contact information associated with the record. Do not include sensitive identity documents in your first message.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; or limit certain uses of sensitive information. Rights and exemptions differ by state, information, and relationship. Insurance-related records can be subject to separate privacy requirements.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To request an opt-out concerning personal information beyond this browser's optional analytics, email your sale/sharing opt-out request or call us. Include the email address or telephone number needed to identify the records involved. No website account is required. The browser setting above does not automatically communicate a request about off-site records.

Stop marketing calls, texts, or email

• Calls: tell the ArmiCare representative, call the number below, or email a Do Not Call request identifying the telephone number involved.
• Texts: reply STOP to an ArmiCare marketing text. You can also contact us directly to revoke consent or report a problem.
• Email: use the unsubscribe method in the message, reply with your request, or email a marketing-email opt-out.

You may request that all ArmiCare marketing contact stop. We may retain the minimum suppression record necessary to avoid contacting you again. Required or otherwise legally permitted service communications are distinct from marketing.

How requests are handled

We will assess the request under applicable law and respond within the applicable legal period. Access or deletion requests may require proportionate identity verification; sale/sharing and marketing opt-outs do not require unnecessary identity documents. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate authorization. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason and any available appeal process; you may request review by replying with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your state regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Retention obligations, security, legal claims, and suppression requirements can limit deletion. A request does not itself cancel an insurance policy, carrier relationship, or signed agreement. Email links open your email application: the request is not sent until you send the message. Telephone and postal channels are available if you cannot use email.
