Privacy & Communications Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
ArmiCare Insurance LLC (“ArmiCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of prospective agents, agency owners, publishers, business partners, website visitors, and individuals whose information enters an approved ArmiCare inquiry or qualified-call workflow.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through armicareagents.com, ArmiCare recruiting and partnership forms, Meta lead forms, the publisher application process, telephone and text communications, and related business workflows. A consumer insurance application or carrier transaction may be subject to additional notices.
For recruiting and contracting details, see the Applicant & Agent Privacy Notice. For website settings, requests, and contact opt-outs, visit Your Privacy Choices. These notices do not replace a carrier's privacy notice or any separate notice required for an insurance transaction.

Sources of information
We may collect information directly from you; from forms you submit on Meta or other approved platforms; from an approved publisher, call provider, agency, or referral source; from service providers supporting our operations; and from public or industry sources used to verify business, licensing, or professional information. Each source must have authority to provide the information for the disclosed purpose.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate agent, contractor, agency, or publisher opportunities.
- Assess licensing, contracting, carrier appointment, training, onboarding, and partnership readiness.
- Route approved call opportunities or inquiries to an appropriately licensed and available agent or agency channel.
- Communicate about recruiting, appointments, contracting, support, insurance inquiries, and related requested services.
- Verify attribution and consent evidence, apply suppression and opt-out requests, prevent duplicate or unauthorized delivery, and investigate disputes.
- Measure campaign and partner performance, reconcile contracted payments, conduct quality assurance, and improve our systems.
- Protect against fraud, misuse, security threats, and unlawful or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, licensing, recordkeeping, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Calls, texts, and email
If you provide contact information or request contact, ArmiCare may respond regarding the inquiry or opportunity you selected. Where applicable law requires separate consent for automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voice, AI-generated voice, or marketing text messages, we rely on the applicable consent. Consent to automated marketing communications is not a condition of applying, entering a partnership, or purchasing a product or service.
Reply STOP to opt out of ArmiCare marketing texts from that sender and HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the message link when available, call (772) 242-0190, or email info@armicareinsurance.com. We may send an opt-out confirmation and communications that are required or otherwise permitted by law.
Call recording and quality assurance
Calls may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, or reviewed for routing, quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance when appropriate notice and any required consent have been provided. Recordings may contain information a participant chooses to provide during the conversation.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers supporting hosting, forms, communications, call routing, customer relationship management, analytics, recruiting, security, quality assurance, and recordkeeping.
- Appropriately licensed ArmiCare agents or approved agency channels responding to a consumer inquiry or receiving an approved call opportunity.
- Insurance carriers, contracting organizations, background-review providers, and licensing partners when authorized or necessary for onboarding, appointment, quotation, application, or servicing.
- Professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, courts, counterparties, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or complete a business transaction.
Publisher and agency portals are separate services with role-based access and their own workflow requirements. Information made available to a partner depends on its authorized purpose and agreement. This website does not grant access to consumer or other partners' records.
Applicant and communication data
ArmiCare does not sell applicant, prospective-agent, agency-owner, or Meta recruiting-form information to third parties for unrelated marketing. ArmiCare does not provide mobile opt-in data or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own unrelated marketing. Consumer inquiry information may be routed to an approved licensed agent or service provider for the purpose requested by the individual, as described in this policy and the applicable disclosure.
Meta and other third-party platforms
When you submit information through Meta or another platform, that platform may also process your information under its own privacy policy. After ArmiCare receives the information, our use is governed by this policy and the disclosure shown with the applicable form. A form inquiry is not automatically treated as permission for unrelated sellers, channels, or future campaigns.
Website analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics loads on public marketing pages only after you allow analytics in this browser. It receives device and usage information and interactions such as application, telephone, and email clicks. Our event code does not send form answers, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google. It omits URL query strings and fragments from the page-location fields it sends. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website's configuration.
With analytics allowed, website application submissions can include campaign and referral attribution. Without that choice, optional website attribution is not captured by the application form. This does not change source records supplied separately by Meta or another application platform. Essential hosting, security, submission and sign-in processing still occurs.
Use Your Privacy Choices to allow or refuse analytics, review cookie/storage details, and change your choice. A detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. Browser choices do not remove prior records or unsubscribe you from communications. Google and other third-party platforms may process received information under their own notices and applicable agreements.
Service providers, processing locations, and automated tools
Hosting, communications, recruiting, and support services may involve providers or authorized personnel in locations other than your state or country. This notice does not promise U.S.-only storage or access. Access and use must be appropriate to the service, applicable law, and contractual obligations. Contact us for questions about a particular workflow.
Automated tools may assist with general website responses, organizing inquiries, routing, transcription, or quality review where used in the relevant service. Such use does not authorize unrelated reuse of personal information, replace required consent, or turn an automated assistant into a licensed professional. Do not submit health records, bank details, passwords, or identity documents to public chat or free-text inquiry fields.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including recruiting, contracting, campaign attribution, consent verification, suppression, payment reconciliation, compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. Where the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, covered telemarketing records are retained for at least five years. Other retention periods may be longer or shorter as required or permitted by law and contract.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw a communication consent or submit a Do Not Call request. We may verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, suppression, security, contractual, or dispute purposes.
Applicable state laws may also provide rights concerning sale or sharing, targeted advertising, sensitive information, portability, certain profiling, authorized-agent requests, nondiscrimination, and appeals. Applicability and exceptions depend on your location, the information, the relationship, and the law; insurance-related information may be governed by separate requirements. Your Privacy Choices explains how to submit requests without creating an account and how browser controls differ from requests about other records.
Optional analytics discloses website-use information to Google. Some data transfers can be treated as sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws even when no money changes hands. You may turn this site's optional analytics off and contact us to request an opt-out concerning other transfers. Referring an inquiry to an agent does not eliminate applicable privacy duties.
Children's information
ArmiCare's agent, agency, publisher, and insurance inquiry channels are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through these channels.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our operations, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material updates will be posted on this page.
