ArmiCare Insurance LLC (“ArmiCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of agents, agency owners, prospective contractors, and other individuals who inquire about opportunities with ArmiCare. This Applicant Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information submitted through ArmiCare websites, Meta lead forms, social media, email, telephone, text message, and related recruiting or agency-partnership channels.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and resident state.
- Professional information, including insurance-license status, National Producer Number when provided, licensed states, experience, work history, availability, and professional goals.
- Agency information, including agency name, website, producer count, production range, carrier relationships, operating technology, and partnership objectives.
- Application and inquiry information, including answers submitted through website forms, Meta instant forms, interviews, messages, and conversations with ArmiCare representatives.
- Technical information that may be collected automatically when you use our website, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring page, and website activity.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, from forms you submit on Meta platforms or other recruiting services, from referrals you authorize, and from service providers that help us operate recruiting, contracting, communications, and agency-partnership processes. Where permitted, we may also verify professional licensing or business information using public or industry sources.
How we use information

- Respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential agent, contractor, or agency-partnership opportunities.
- Assess licensing, contracting, carrier-appointment, training, and onboarding readiness.

Recruiting calls, emails, and text messages
If you provide contact information, ArmiCare may contact you about your inquiry, application, contracting, or agency-partnership interests. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular type of communication, we will rely on that consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or contact us using the details below.
SMS consent and opt-out
If you separately consent to receive text messages, ArmiCare may send recruiting, application, appointment, contracting, and opportunity-related messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, being considered, entering a contract, or purchasing any product or service.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the information below. We may send a final confirmation of your opt-out and may continue communications that are required or otherwise permitted by law.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information in limited circumstances to:
- Service providers supporting website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, recruiting, security, and recordkeeping.
- Insurance carriers, contracting organizations, background-review providers, or licensing partners when you authorize or begin an onboarding or appointment process.

No sale of applicant information
ArmiCare does not sell personal information collected from applicants, prospective agents, agency owners, or Meta lead forms. Mobile telephone information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Meta and other third-party lead forms
When you submit information through a Meta lead form or another third-party platform, that platform may also collect and process your information under its own privacy policy. After ArmiCare receives the information, our use of it is governed by this Applicant Privacy Policy. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience, and their privacy practices are controlled by those services.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including pages viewed, general referral sources, device and browser information, and interactions such as application, contact, phone, and email actions.
